The Beyaz Ev on Gölcük Caddesi no longer serves visitors from outside as a café. The building is used as HANIGA's meeting point in İznik.

People come here by appointment to see a property on site, discuss the area, or consider an investment idea at a quiet table. The lakeshore is within walking distance, and central İznik is a few minutes away by car. Meetings are arranged in advance.
