Description
This is a public beach in the shore section of Göllüce, one of İznik's villages. It is approximately fifteen kilometers from the district center. It has a mixed stretch of sand and pebbles, approximately five meters wide.
It has a quiet location on the lakeshore; it can be reached by public transportation going to Göllüce or by taxi. As the region's oldest olive tree is also located on the shore strip of the same neighborhood, a beach visit can be combined with a rural outing.
Visit note: It is a public beach and is reported to be cleaned continuously by the municipality. There is no admission fee or hours information.
