Description
Çakırca is a neighborhood located six kilometers from İznik district center and 79 kilometers from central Bursa, on the İznik-Orhangazi highway and on the shore of Lake İznik. Its name is stated to come from the many goshawks found in the area.
The village shore on Lake İznik is included among the lake's featured shore points in Lake İznik promotions. Its proximity to the center is suitable for short vehicle or bicycle trips along the lakeshore. Visitors see a lake view and rural settlement fabric.
